How to easily prepare clove water

Ingredients :

  • 2 to 3 cloves
  • 250 ml of hot water

Preparation :

Place the cloves in a cup, pour in hot water, let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain. Enjoy once a day, in the morning or evening, as you prefer.

Practical tip:  you can reuse the cloves as long as they still give off their aroma, by adding freshly heated water each time.
