November 2025: Revaluation of the Agirc-Arrco supplementary pension.
From November 1, 2025, nearly 14 million private sector retirees will see their Agirc-Arrco supplementary pension increase.
The increase follows the INSEE’s published inflation rate excluding tobacco, but with a 0.4 percentage point discount to preserve the scheme’s financial balance. With estimated inflation around 1%, the increase should be between 0.6% and 0.8%.
2026 Trends:
In concrete terms, a supplementary pension of €1,300 per month will increase by approximately €8 to €10, or between €95 and €125 per year. The first increased payment will be made on November 3, 2025. This increase is in addition to the one already applied in January 2025 to basic pensions (+2.2%).
