- Pain or discomfort in the right side of the abdomen, near the liver, can be an early symptom.
- Swelling or a noticeable lump may also appear in the upper abdomen as the tumor grows.
4. Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
- Jaundice occurs when the liver cannot process bilirubin, resulting in a yellow tint to the skin and eyes.
- It may also be accompanied by dark urine and pale stools.
5. Nausea or loss of appetite
- Persistent nausea, decreased appetite, or feeling full after eating only a small amount may indicate liver problems.
- These symptoms often lead to unintentional weight loss.
